 Martin R. Schott, Ph.D.Principal Scientist/President of Schott & Associates Martin owns the firm and personally oversees all wetland and botanical related projects.  He has provided wetland and other environmental consulting services in this region for the past 18+years and is an expert in state and federal wetland regulations, and may county and city codes. Martin is certified by the Society of Wetland Scientists as a Professional Wetland Scientist.  In addition, he is a plant ecologist, botanist, range scientist and has over 20 years of project experiences.  He has extensive experience in field studies, data analysis, report writing and scientific presentations as well as program
 Juniper Tagliabue, Senior Biologist 
Juniper Joined Schott & Associates in 2004.  She has a Bachelors degree from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon (1998).  Juniper has been trained in basic wetland delineations, wetland soils and wetland plants.  Since Joining Schott & Associates she has worked on numerous projects including: wetland determinations, wetland delineations, wetland fill permitting (Department of State Lands & U.S. Army Corp.), significant natural resources (Washington County) sensitive lands (Clean Water Services), and significant natural resource overlay (SNRO).
Cari Cramer, Senior Biologist
Cari joined Schott & Associates in July of 2006.  She completed the Wetland Delineation Certification Program at Portland State College in June of 2006 to include Wetland Plants of the Pacific Northwest and Advanced Soils and Hydrology.  She also completed a Botany course through Portland Community College and is certified in landscape design.  Cari is well trained in mitigation monitoring and is responsible for all annual reports that require submission to Department of State Lands and U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.  Cari previously was a project manager and landscape designer for a local landscaping firm with ten years former experience.


Renee Stark, Office Manager
Oversees the smooth coordination of clerical, billing, report review and IT management at Schott & Associates, Inc.
